What remains to be done with Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplaces?
People sometimes ask how I know so much about toxic workplaces. This conversation is part of the answer.
I’m in contact with others - from different political parties, offices, and roles - who are still carry the impact of their workplace experiences at Parliament House. Most will never speak publicly. Not because what happened to them was minor, but because going public comes with additional consequences.
I’ve already paid that price. So now, I use my voice to help them.
In this episode of Canberra Sentinel – The Podcast with Tom Ravlic, we talk about parliamentary workplace reforms and the gap between what was promised, what’s been implemented, and what’s still missing.
The episode is called: “What remains to be done with Commonwealth Parliamentary Workplaces?”

My own case may have been settled, but the issues haven’t gone away.
And the part I don’t lose sight of? The people who are still living with the consequences.
