  • I run group workshops throughout the year around specific themes or goals.

    Each workshop brings together like-minded people who want to learn, share, and support one another in a positive, structured setting. The sessions are interactive, outcome-focused, and provide strategies that can be applied immediately. 

    Group workshops are advertised through my social media channels, so follow me on LinkedIn and Instagram to keep up to date with the latest offerings. They include one-off events, as well as workshops that run over a series of weeks. I keep enrolment numbers small, so you never lose the personal connection or the premium value of the experience.

  • Individual coaching programs with me are a partnership: structured enough to guide you, flexible enough to be tailored to your individual needs.

    I listen, I challenge, and I provide you with useful tools and insights informed by lived experience, diplomacy, and senior leadership positions at the centre of power. 

    I offer virtual sessions for flexibility, as well as in-person sessions in Canberra or Sydney for those who prefer face-to-face connection.

    I also offer one-off sessions. These are suitable for people who may be considering a career pivot but need clarity and strategic advice, or people who have purchased my workplace recovery video series and keen to supplement it with a one-off tailored session to talk through their options.
