  • The course is delivered as a series of six short online videos, accompanied by a comprehensive written digital guide. This format allows you to learn at your own pace and refer back to the material as needed. It provides flexibility, confidentiality and privacy and helps you make more informed decisions as you take your next steps forward.

  • Jo is open to a one-off individual strategy session of 45 minutes for those who have purchased the “Recovering from a Toxic Workplace” video series and companion guide and want to work through their own individual strategy as to what to do next. This is not ongoing coaching. Just a one-off strategy session to talk it through with someone who understands. This session is by request and at an additional cost. It is delivered virtually.
