Setting the Standard? Parliament still doesn’t take workplace harm seriously

Four years after the Set the Standard report, the Australian Parliament still has questions to answer about workplace culture and safety.

Reform doesn’t sustain itself. It requires political will and continued pressure on those in power.

For the people who have been harmed in parliamentary workplaces, these debates are not abstract.

They continue to impact lives and livelihoods.
