Workplace recovery
Workplace recovery is about more than moving on — it’s about rebuilding.
I draw on lived experience, senior leadership, and professional expertise to provide a practical pathway forward for individuals navigating personal recovery as well as organisations seeking to restore trust and culture with integrity, confidence and purpose.
For individuals
HOW I CAN HELP
Practical tools and gentle encouragement to guide your next steps
Confidential, self-paced videos and guides you can access anytime
Support that is grounded in lived experience, empathy, and understanding
Being caught in a toxic workplace — or recovering after leaving one — can shake even the most capable professional to their core.
I’ve created online resources – practical tools, gentle encouragement, links to specialists – and brought them together in one place. They are designed to help you feel less alone, more equipped, and empower you to work out your next steps from here.
What you will find is a series of short video modules, paired with written information. I’ve also collated a list of additional resources you can access if you want to dive deeper into some of the topics I mention if they are relevant to your particular situation.
Best of all? They are available immediately, you can access them privately and confidentially, and work through them at your own pace.
My approach is honest and validating: it is about recognising the toll that toxic workplaces take, finding safe ways to navigate forward, and reclaiming your sense of strength and purpose.
It is not medical advice or legal advice. It’s simply my way of offering you something I wish I’d had available when it happened to me. It has been borne from lived experience, empathy and understanding, to help you identify what is happening, why it feels so overwhelming, and how to begin rebuilding your life – from someone who has been where you are.
So if you’ve already left a toxic workplace but carrying trauma and confusion, or you are still searching for strategies to exit or ways to cope, you are not alone.
Wherever you are, I hope you find this helpful.

For workplaces
HOW I CAN HELP
Diagnose cultural challenges and risks in your workplace
Provide trauma-informed, strategic guidance to restore trust
Support boards, executives, and leaders in rebuilding culture
Facilitate planning days and deliver tailored project work
Offer confidential advice and leadership coaching
Difficult work environments can leave lasting effects on people and weaken organisations from within. Some of the impacts of poor culture and workplace practices include reputational damage, weakened trust, disengaged staff, legal risks, and lower productivity.
I work with boards, executives, and leadership teams to pinpoint where the problems are and to (re)build culture based on integrity and respect. I reveal the types of people who are often targeted in workplaces and how problematic behaviours can play out under the radar.
Drawing on my senior leadership and governance background, as well as lived experience, I provide trauma-informed and strategic guidance on how organisations can move beyond difficulty to restore confidence and create healthier, more resilient and productive workplaces.
I am available for confidential advice, to speak at planning days, undertake project work, as well as provide coaching and other services
